Not a bad position for breeding, she's angled so that the sperm has some gravity assist, and I only think she leaked because she pushed it out. If she were for real trying to get pregnant she'd avoid that of course. I've donated to a few dozen women so I know a thing or two about it. The one issue with rear entry inseminations like this is that when the man pulls out and she re-positions to lay on her back there is almost always leakage. If I'm donating sperm to a woman and we inseminate like this I try to stay in her and reposition together to lay on our sides then carefully pull out and have her roll onto a pillow to prop up her hips for 20-30 min. That said, I had one get pregnant from an insemination we did with her standing up leaning over a counter with me behind her. It looked like she leaked it all down her leg and on the floor the second my cock slipped out, it was accidental but it worked anyway!
